This was just a shits and gigs topic between me and Kane about the relationship between christianity and the illuminati
I think that both Antlet and Kane misidentified the illuminati for the freemasons.
discuss, I guess

Hi all. Indeed I never said that Illuminati were the masons. I don't even know well the formers, but I know that however possibly linked they are 2 different entities .

I can't remember exactly what happened. But basically there was the illuminati as a threat to christianity. I said that was a misidentification because the illuminati for all intents and purposes were christian. The group that is actually in opposition was the freemasons.

The Illuminati theme is often used by some conspiracionist to say they are using famous people to corrupt traditional christian values, pushing who knows what "agenda", usually saying they disrupt the family, make gay propaganda, contracception, free sex, divorce, abortion, sex equality etc. But I know this mostly by reading some paranoid and confused articles in Internet. But despite this misuse I think the subject is much broader and deserves to be treated seriously enough for its role in history, so I wonder why the aforementioned people see them as antichristian.

so I wonder why the aforementioned people see them as antichristian. They just need a scapegoat, I think.
